Guest list and event interest information
When you join our guest list, email us or request early access, we may collect the information you choose to send us. This may include your first name, email address, age or age range, the age range you would like to meet, event format preferences, preferred day and time, optional Instagram handle, your reason for being interested in real-life events and your consent to receive guest-list communications.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the guest list, respond to enquiries, invite you to suitable events, understand event demand, plan event formats and send event updates or offers where you have agreed to receive them.
Booking and event information
When you book or attend, we may also receive booking details, ticket type, contact information, communication preferences and information needed to operate the event safely and effectively. Third-party booking and payment platforms process information under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to a guest-list email or emailing office@allingoodcompanyexperiences.co.uk. We avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information for the first guest-list contact.
